God Is Faithful

“Once I was young, and now I am old. Yet I have never seen the godly abandoned or their children begging for bread.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭37:25‬ ‭NLT‬‬

God will never abandon His children! He is faithful!!! Our Heavenly Father is benevolent! His character is such that all good things spring forth from Him! Because of His nature, His children need never fear! The testimony of His retrospective care should encourage us to be assured of His present intent. His record of faithfulness is unmatched and unrivaled!! No one can hold a candle in comparison to His perpetual care! We, as His children, can trust confidently in His presence and provision. He is Jehovah-Jireh (The Lord Who Provides). “For the Lord God is our sun and our shield. He gives us grace and glory. The Lord will withhold no good thing from those who do what is right.”‭‭Psalms‬ ‭84:11‬ ‭NLT‬‬Circumstances may change, situations may arise, and challenges will confront us. However, let us remember His faithfulness in the past, His presence with us now, and the prospect of His provision for our future. In fact, let me ask you a question: If you can trust God with eternal life and the heaven to come, why can't you trust him with your future in this temporary world? If He has provided salvation to you that cost Him His very life, then you should know that He will spare no expense to take care of you!I'll leave you with these words from Paul, the Apostle: “At the moment I have all I need—and more! I am generously supplied with the gifts you sent me with Epaphroditus. They are a sweet-smelling sacrifice that is acceptable and pleasing to God. And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus. Now all glory to God our Father forever and ever! Amen.” ‭‭Philippians‬ ‭4:18-20‬ ‭NLT‬‬
