God expects those who are in authority to exercise justice and fairness to those under their charge. God is watching our treatment of those who are our subordinates. We should always remember these things:
1. Every person deserves being treated with dignity.
2. We should ask ourselves how we would want to be treated if we were the subordinate.
3. God is always watching and listening.
Simply abiding by Jesus instruction in Matthew 7:12 will take care of all three things: ““Do to others whatever you would like them to do to you. This is the essence of all that is taught in the law and the prophets.” NLT‬‬
