“May God’s peace and mercy be upon all who live by this principle; they are the new people of God. From now on, don’t let anyone trouble me with these things. For I bear on my body the scars that show I belong to Jesus. Dear brothers and sisters, may the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.” Galatians 6:16-18 NLT
Paul pronounces a blessing of God's peace and mercy upon those who trust in Christ and His cross as the way of salvation. Paul had proven his devotion to Christ and the message of salvation by grace and he had the scars to verify it. Paul had suffered physical attack, incarceration, shipwreck, constant threats on his life, and many other things in his ministry of this message of grace. He was completely persuaded and convinced concerning the message of the gospel of grace and he was willing to die in order to get the message to the world. All 13 of the Pauline epistles begins and ends with his expression of God's grace. It is God's grace that brought Christ to us, it was God's grace that gave Christ for us, it was God's grace that preached Christ to us, it was God's grace that placed Christ within us, and it will be God's grace that will take us home. Let's preach it, teach it, live by it, and die by it. Thank God for His AMAZING GRACE!!!! Prayer for today: Father, in Jesus name, I want thank You for saving me by Your grace and giving me Your Holy Spirit so I can know how to live by Your grace.
